Whether you’re planning a homebirth, hospital birth, or birth center experience, this class is a supportive, judgment-free space to explore your options and prepare intentionally.

  • Breathing, visualization, and calming techniques for a more peaceful birth experience

  • Partner support tools so your birth team feels confident and involved

  • An introduction to hypnosis-based techniques for relaxation and focus
